Davis University Asian Office
To enhance Davis University’s global influence, deliver high-quality international educational resources for Asian students, deepen strategic cooperations with Asian universities, broaden global perspectives, advance joint academic development, and achieve connectivity in global education, we explore a new integrated model for international academic development featuring mutual recognition of credits, alignment of standards, and sharing of experience. On October 15, 2021, the Davis University Asian Office was officially established in Beijing. On behalf of the university, the office is fully responsible for student recruitment, marketing, international cooperation and exchanges, study abroad services, and other related affairs in the Asian region.
Core Objectives

1. Expand Recruitment Channels
Leverage the Asian Office as a local service platform to systematically release authoritative information on admission requirements, academic programs, and application procedures, and attract outstanding Asian students for further study.

2. Deepen International Cooperation & Exchanges
Promote in-depth academic cooperation between Davis University and Asian universities, and launch cooperation models, including Project 985 (top-tier) University Credit Programs, Chinese national Plan 3+0 Joint Education Programs and Chinese National Plan 2+0 Joint Education Porgrams will be further developed to facilitate knowledge sharing and academic innovation.

3. Enhance Brand Visibility
Strengthen Davis University’s brand influence in Asia, highlight its educational strengths and international reputation, and continuously improve the quantity and quality of Asian student applications.

Optimize Study Support Services
Provide comprehensive, one-stop support for Asian students and alumni, including academic consultation, study planning, and career development guidance to ensure a high-quality learning and growth experience.

2021
October: Davis University Asian Office was officially established in Beijing, fully launching regional recruitment and international cooperation.

2022
March: Officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Anhui Business College.
April: Signed memorandums of cooperation with Holy Cross of Davao College and Isabela State University, the Philippines.
June: Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
July: Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with PSB Academy, Singapore.
August: The Chinese National Plan 3+0 Joint Education Program with Chongqing Technology and Business Institute was officially approved.
September: Signed a credit program cooperation agreement with one of China’s Project 985 (top-tier) universities, with the first cohort officially enrolled.

February: Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Urumqi Vocational University.
June: Officially signed memorandums of cooperation with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam, and Xi’an Jiaotong University Suzhou Academy, China.
September: Signed a credit program cooperation agreement with a second Project 985 (top-tier) university in China; credit programs at two Project 985 (top-tier) universities and the first cohort of the Chinese National Plan 3+0 Joint Education program at Chongqing Technology and Business Institute were launched simultaneously.
November: Davis University Asian Office hosted the International Education Forum “Forge Ahead with New Vision” in Beijing, grandly celebrating the 165th anniversary of Davis University.

2024
September: Signed a credit program cooperation agreement with a third Project 985 (top-tier) university in China; credit programs at three Project 985 (top-tier) universities and the second cohort of the Chinese National Plan 3+0 Joint Education program at Chongqing Technology and Business Institute were launched simultaneously.
November: Signed a cooperation agreement with Guangdong Communications Polytechnic and established Davis University’s first Language Testing and Training Center in China.

2025
February: Signed a cooperation agreement with Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) to jointly launch the SUSS Program; the first batch of students enrolled successfully in August 2025.
May: Successfully held the Phoenix TV Hong Kong Study Tour to broaden students’ international horizons.
July: Signed a credit program cooperation agreement with a fourth Project 985 (top-tier) university in China, and the program launched smoothly.
September: The Chinese National Plan 3+0 Joint Education program added two new campuses at Shijiazhuang College of Applied Technology and Guangdong Communications Polytechnic, enrolling 117 new students. Together with current students at the Chongqing Technology and Business Institute campus, the total program size reached 267 students.
December: Renewed credit program cooperation agreements with a Project 985 (top-tier) university to jointly advance the in-depth development of credit programs.
Davis University Central Asia Office was officially established in Almaty, Kazakhstan, improving the global overseas service layout.
Successfully held the University of Hong Kong Artificial Intelligence Study Camp to help students explore cutting-edge AI development.

January: Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Hoa Sen University, Kazakhstan, to deepen education cooperation in Central Asia.
March: Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Hoa Sen University, Vietnam, to deepen education cooperation in Southeast Asia.
Global Partnership Expansion
Since its establishment in 2021, the Asian Office has continuously expanded Davis University’s global education cooperation landscape. It has built university partnership networks and signed multiple cooperation agreements in the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Kazakhstan, and Vietnam. The office also officially established the Davis University Central Asia Office in Almaty, Kazakhstan, to further improve the global service layout. In the future, the Asian Office will continue to deepen practical cooperation with partner institutions, steadily launch more high-quality cooperation programs, and continuously improve the global education ecosystem, thereby injecting a strong impetus into Davis University’s internationalization strategy and high-quality development.
